Continuing with the beer theme..
If you are looking for something a little different for your week day meal why not try a beer marinated salmon steak. Moist and tender, these steaks are left to soak overnight in a beer, honey and lime marinade. Prior to cooking coat steaks with a liberal sprinkling of fish rub then cook to perfection in your oven or on the grill. It couldn't be simpler. Serve with fresh vegetables and pasta.
