Cake Pop Kebabs

A week after our trip to New York, and still on a chocolate high, I decided to try out a new recipe for Valentine's Day. I couldn't choose between chocolate dipped strawberries and decadent cake pops so decided to combine the two. These cake pops are sinfully rich with a moist filling of chocolate cake and Dulce de Leche. They are coated in delicious semi-sweet chocolate and sandwiched on a skewer between fresh, juicy strawberries and maraschino cherries. Delicious!
